Our SVR staff will coordinate all United States (or Canadian) Import Tariffs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees. Additionally, we have established networks with many shipping & logistical businesses to give you the lowest price for Ocean Freight transportation, US Port Harbor dock & receival, plus secured land transportation – completely insured. We offer a door-to-door import service via Motorsport Partners, LLC.
Provide your shipping address when purchasing online. After safely purchasing via PayPal©, your SVR Purchasing Assistant will send a final invoice[s] for shipping options from MORIYAMA-SHI, SHIGA, JAPAN. All shipping invoices include import duties, taxes and fees.

BUILD TIMES (ASSEMBLY)
Unless otherwise noted, typical product development lead times can take 60-90 days (8-12 weeks). However, lead times for a single Auto Veloce SVR part can vary — but the Purchasing Assistant will notify you of any changes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because all Auto-Veloce (inc. but not limited to: SVR) products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, custom automotive exterior parts, SuperVeloceRacing.com can not except returns or exchanges. We will assist our customer’s and communicate with the Manufacturer in the event of a Warranty question or a Defective item. Please contact Customer Service at info[at]superveloceracing.com and someone may be able to assist you with your warranty or defective item needs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORTING
Unless otherwise noted, all orders arrive FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL from MORIYAMA-SHI, SHIGA, JAPAN. Auto-Veloce body kits and body parts CAN take up to 12 weeks to build and/or assemble. Leads times for production will vary but feel free to ask before purchasing. All Sales Are Final.
Shipping Charges: After purchasing your order, an additional FREIGHT fee will be determined in order to deliver the finished products. International Freight Fees can vary, but your Processing Agent will assist in sourcing a best-in-class shipment carrier to meet your needs and budget. All Sales Are Final.
SuperVeloceRacing.com will only ship to the “VERIFIED” billing address of a credit card; and to the card holder ONLY.
RETURNS
PRODUCT RETURNS: we do not accept any product returns. All orders (pending or processing) are final. There are no exceptions.
DAMAGED GOODS: Written notification of goods damaged upon receipt must be reported to SuperVeloceRacing.com customer service within two (x2) business days of the delivery, or no refund will be available. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures, as this helps speed things along. Our expert staff takes extra time in the packaging process to minimize any shipping damage. Upon the arrival of your items, inspect everything thoroughly, even if packaging is intact, before signing the delivery receipt.
LTL shipping damage must be reported and noted at the time of delivery with the freight carrier, otherwise the claim will be void.
ERRORS: In the event that a SuperVeloceRacing.com sold product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SuperVeloceRacing.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel the orders placed for such product or for orders in which the total has been calculated incorrectly. SuperVeloceRacing.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SuperVeloceRacing.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
WARRANTY RETURNS: Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period that covers merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer directly or SuperVeloceRacing.com for assistance. NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, OR IMPLIED is made on any products sold or distributed by SuperVeloceRacing.com. All product descriptions given by SuperVeloceRacing.com are for reference only and are not a guarantee. SuperVeloceRacing.com cannot assume any responsibility for damages arising from personal injury, labor costs or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold by SuperVeloceRacing.com. SuperVeloceRacing.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, lost profits, damage or loss of goods or claims from the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing, using, or installing the product, the user agrees to all of these terms.
Please note that, warranty processing can take up to 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to buyer/user negligence. Refunds will not be given for warranty products.
WARRANTY CLAIMS: In many circumstances SuperVeloceRacing.com will be able to assist in the filing of a warranty claim with Auto-Veloce or the return of a defective item however SuperVeloceRacing.com does not certify or warrant any action, refund or replacement on behalf of a manufacturer.
Advanced replacement parts are not available. Please note that in cases of items being replaced under warranty the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment and/or the replacement order.
SALES TAX
We do not charge Sales Tax in all 50 states except Arizona. We are located in Arizona and are required to charge Sales Taxes for orders shipped to an Arizona postal address. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sales tax.
